Health & Wellness is a MINDSET which is synonymous with Abundance and Financial Security. If you don’t have great health, then possessing all the wealth in the world won’t really matter. However, if you only allow yourself to be in agreement with God’s Promises, such as - Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prosper. ~ 3 John 1:2 KJV

We at BBY provide an eclectic harmonious blend of Martial Arts/Science Training along with

Spirit, Mind & Body Wholeness.  

Beginning with the 4 Laws of Life:

1. Spiritual Law

2. Dietary Law

3. Fitness Law

4. Skill Law

By learning and training with other like-minded women warriors, you will awaken your own inner calling to find your true authentic Spirit-Self and purpose, to become a more well-balanced Divine Warrior.

As a Reiki Master Teacher/Practitioner, it's all about energy and vibrational frequencies.  As beings of the Most High Divine, it is vitally important that we clear blockages that keep us from moving forward into our Destiny.
